Declaration of Public Holiday on the Occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi
No.10-01/2026-Min-H - In continuation of Cabinet Division's circular No.10-01/2025-Min-II dated 19th January, 2026 regarding Public and Optional holidays for the year 2026, it is notified that the Prime Minister has been pleased to declare 26th August, 2026 (Wednesday) as a public holiday on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (12th Rabi-ul-Awwal 1448 A.H.).

- Never share your personal information, passport details, OTPs, passwords, or payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Intiana through unofficial channels.
- Book appointments and make payments only via the official Intiana portal.
If you come across any suspicious website, fake social media page, or fraudulent activity impersonating Intiana, please report it immediately to our official support team.
Your security is our priority. Please remain vigilant and use only official Intiana communication channels for all visa and consular services.

Please note that the Spain Visa Application Centre in Islamabad will be relocated to a new address effective 06 July 2026.
With effect from 06 July 2026, applicants are requested to visit the following address for the submission of visa applications and collection of processed passports:

Notice:
Applicants for Family Reunion visas and EU Family Member visas are advised to book only one appointment for
the head of the family. Remaining applicants from the same family will be -entertained as walk-ins based on
the appointment along with head of the family . Verification of each applicant in family will be conducted
at VAC by checking their family registration certificate (FRC).

Intiana & the Embassy of Spain do not work with any external agents.
Intiana advises visa applicants to exercise caution and vigilance regarding the following
points:
Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to
obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence
decision-making.
We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.
Appointments must be booked exclusively through the Intianawebsite. Please refer to the
website for authorized service fees payable to Intiana.
Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.
The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and
Intiana International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or
verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to info@thespainvisa.com.
Be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of Intiana or individually outside our
center. All appointments must be booked through the Intiana website. Please refrain from purchasing
appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent practice that Intiana strongly condemns. As a
responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform applicants to be wary of fraudulent
intermediaries charging fees to clients for appointment bookings.

Dear Applicants,
Appointments for Schengen visa are activated daily basis except weekends and
official holidays. Be aware that appointments should be booked approximately a month in advance.
Important
Please note that EU family members have the right to go directly to the Consulate to manage their visa.

The Embassy of Spain in Islamabad is not responsible if any passenger is not allowed to board the aircraft
by the airline or by the immigration authority at the airports in Spain or Pakistan.
Importance Notice
As of 2nd February’ 2020
The deadline for submitting a visa application is extended to 6 months instead of 3 months. In case of
Seafarers they may be presented with a maximum advance of 9 months.
Visa application form has been changed.

Above 12 years : 90 Euros
6 to 11 years: 45 Euros
Children under 6 years: Free of charge
