Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence decision-making.
We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.
Appointments must be booked exclusively through the Intianawebsite. Please refer to the website for authorized service fees payable to Intiana.
Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.
The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and Intiana International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to info@thespainvisa.com.
Notice:
Applicants for Family Reunion visas and EU Family Member visas are advised to book only one appointment for the head of the family. Remaining applicants from the same family will be -entertained as walk-ins based on the appointment along with head of the family . Verification of each applicant in family will be conducted at VAC by checking their family registration certificate (FRC).
LONG-TERM VISAS NOTICE: An appointment system for submitting long-stay visa applications will be launched next week. As of September 2nd, applicants will be able to book their appointment for IntianaIslamabad, Lahore or Karachi centers through the website https://thespainvisa.com/

Please be informed that Intiana visa application centers in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi will remain closed on Monday February 05th, 2024 on account of *KASHMIR DAY* as notified by Government of Pakistan.
Applicants with Schengen visa appointments scheduled for 5th February 2024 are requested to submit their visa applications in accordance with the date confirmed by our call center team.
